About Ricky…

Ricky Lu is a Creative Director currently at Pereira O'Dell NY/SF.

His work has been recognized by the industry’s leading award shows such as D&AD, Effies, CLIOS, and The One Show—including a Pencil win for Death & Bisquick, celebrated for its bold, entertaining conceptual design and creative production approach.

Most recently, Ricky was interviewed by Lürzer’s Archive for his work on Pierce’s Pledge, a powerful gun violence awareness campaign that earned attention for its emotional impact and creative execution using AI.

Ricky brings a mix of strategic thinking, creative instinct, and hands-on craft to every project. He’s at his best when collaborating closely with others to turn a smart idea into something bold, fun, or unexpectedly meaningful.
